Welcome to a little bit about Lana;
In 1999, Lana’s life made 180 degree turn from her usual daily routine at Nortel Networks. At the age of 36, she was diagnosed with locally advanced breast cancer. Suddenly her life’s priorities had changed. The next year brought on challenges that she wishes upon no one else. After the year of treatments and learning about the less fortunate Lana decided it was time for a change. It was time to start giving back. She decided to combine a means to an end, houses and her passion for helping people in the form of becoming a REALTOR®.
This life changing event changed everything, from the way Lana looks at life, to how she views other people and their needs, privacy, wants and reasons for creating a life transition.
With this new understanding and life attitude, Lana wants to Create a Smooth Transition for you.
 I've been recognized by Royal LePage every year since I started in Real Estate for "Outstanding Sales Successes Combined with Dedication to Satisfying the Needs of her Customers" (President’s Gold, 2002, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2009) & "Sales Excellence and Commitment to Professionalism and Customer Satisfaction" (Master Sales, 2001, 2003). In 2008, Lana moved a step ahead earning the Director's Platinum award for "Exceptional Sales Successes While Providing Excellent Customer Care and Fulfillment".
In 2007,2008, & 2009 Lana earned the prestigious "Award of Excellence" for consistent dedication to her clients, from Royal LePage.
Lana also has the distinguished honour of being Ottawa’s first e-Agent for Royal LePage and Ottawa’s 1st Accredited Staging Professional Realtor (ASP).
Helping people are the cornerstones of my values and commitment to customer service. As a real estate professional, I believe in personalized service and solid communication. Giving is also a part of Lana's private life. After surviving cancer as a young adult, Lana knew it was time to start giving back. She is now involved in the CIBC Run for the Cure every year and is one of Ottawa's top fund raisers as well as the Weekend to End Breast Cancer, Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada, & CHEO are very important charities for Lana and her family.
